Carly Hoogendyk (Producer & Founder)
Carly is an LA-based and NYC-grown comedy talent manager and live show producer at Omnipop Talent Group West. She has established herself as a leading voice in identifying rising comedy talent as the editor of the State of Comedy Substack, an industry digest highlighting emerging work across live, digital, film and animation. As a manager, her clients are funny multi-hyphenates, including standups, writers, and actors. Following an early career in digital marketing, she got her first job in comedy as a booker and producer at Caveat during its first year as a venue on the lower east side. In 2019, she stepped into representation, joining Authentic Talent and Literary Management as the coordinator in their comedy division. In 2021, she joined Artists First as a manager in their New York office. She is originally from Phoenix, Arizona, and attended Columbia University a billion years ago.

Sachi Ezura (NY - Consulting Producer)
Sachi is a development executive and producer, currently in the process of pivoting to management. Most recently, she was the Vice President of Adult Animation for Paramount Global, developing animated projects for Comedy Central and Paramount +. Throughout her career, she has sought to elevate new voices from underrepresented communities and challenge systems to promote equity and inclusion. She has worked as a producer in live, digital, and television for New York Public Radio, Jax, MTV and Refinery29, and as a development consultant for Irony Point. She was Executive Producer of Development and Talent at Seriously.TV, a digital comedy channel under Verizon Hearst Media Partners. She co-founded The Belly, a collective of female and queer independent comedy producers and directors and The Cribsheet, a curated list of unproduced pilots written by parents. She currently serves on the board of WIA, a nonprofit devoted to gender justice in animation, VFX and gaming. She produces the annual live comedy showcase 50 First Jokes at the BelL House. She came up in television development at MTV2, overseeing casting for MTV’s hit comedy series Guy Code and Girl Code, and as Director of Original Programming at IFC.

Austin Estrada (NY - Associate Producer)
Austin is a live comedy producer, writer, and filmmaker. He has produced shows at The Bell House and Union Hall in Brooklyn, where he can also be found in a suit greeting guests. When he’s not speaking in third-person, he’s making adults laugh or teaching children how to make their own movies with the organization Reel Works. He’s always looking to collaborate with funny people, and he loves spaghetti.

Emily Halbing (NY - Associate Producer)
Emily is a comedy and events producer based in Brooklyn. She produces the monthly comedy show, Petting Zoo, at Cloud City in Williamsburg and regularly works events such as Sundance Film Festival and New York Film Festival. At Union Hall in Park Slope, she is Marketing Manager and venue staff. She has also produced short plays and a scripted podcast with Gaslight Theatre Company and Scranton Fringe Festival in northeast Pennsylvania, from where she hails. She spends a lot of time wondering if there will ever be a movie about space where things turn out okay.

Eliza Dillon (LA - Associate Producer)
Eliza Dillon is a Los Angeles based, New York bred comedian, actress, and clown. She is a graduate of UCLA's School of Theater, Film, and Television and studied clown at Ècole Philippe Gaulier in France. She performs regularly with Stamptown all around the country, and has performed her duo show ( . )( . ) in New York City and internationally at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. When she is not on stage, she lends her talents to technical comedy. She has supported acts such as Business Casual, Courtney Pauroso, and Natalie Palamides. This is her first time producing and she has a sneaking suspicion she’s a personality hire.

Francesca McConnell (LA - Associate Producer)
Francesca is a producer originally from Northern Virginia. After graduating from the College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, VA, she spent several years producing live comedy shows around Brooklyn. She currently lives in Los Angeles, where she's continued to produce with incredibly talented and like-minded writers and comedians.
